At OT Works, we provide individual and group therapy for children, teens, and adults, as well as parent coaching to help families build skills, routines, and confidence at home.

We are grateful for the incredible interest in our programs and are currently operating on a waitlist for new clients.

Our waitlist allows us to remain intentional — matching each client to the right clinician, service, and time frame for their needs.

Getting Started

  • We review new inquiries on a rolling basis so our team can respond quickly as openings occur.
    This process allows us to:

    • Triage new referrals to match services to client needs

    • Keep one to two “crisis spots” open for families or individuals in urgent situations

    • Maintain communication so families on the list receive timely updates

Every new family is carefully considered. We strive to make sure that once a spot opens, the therapy match is clinically and logistically right for you.

  • At OT Works, we complete our intake evaluations in a focused block format — typically one or two longer sessions rather than multiple shorter visits.
This structure gives families quicker access to assessments, provides in‑depth, hands‑on understanding of sensory and motor foundations, and allows our therapists to begin clear, evidence‑based recommendations right away.

    • Intakes for group therapy and parent coaching are typically completed in a single visit, focused on identifying goals, fit, and readiness for participation.

    • Direct therapy evaluations may require up to three evaluation blocks, similar in depth to other specialized diagnostic testing.

You may be offered an evaluation appointment before a regular therapy space is available, allowing us to gather meaningful information early and create a personalized treatment plan as soon as an opening occurs.

  • OT  Works is an out‑of‑network provider for all insurance plans. This model allows our therapists to maintain the clinical integrity and full scope of occupational therapy practice, offering care that’s guided by best evidence rather than insurance restrictions.

We provide detailed superbills and post‑service claim support so clients can submit for possible out‑of‑network reimbursement through their insurance.
This approach helps us keep therapy flexible, effective, and centered on your goals — not on billing requirements.

  • At OT Works, we believe growth means more opportunities for the families we serve. Our clinic is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a new occupational therapist to our team soon.

This addition will allow us to:

    • Open additional therapy sessions for both children and adults

    • Launch after‑school group programs

    • Offer more flexible scheduling options across mornings, mid‑day, and after‑school hours

    • Continue to deliver the high‑quality, sensory‑integration‑based care our families know and trust

    • Expand our educational advocacy an IEP support

For families currently on our waitlist, this growth means shorter wait times and more tailored service options as our new therapist begins accepting clients.

We’re committed to growing carefully, adding team members who share our values of excellence, integrity, and neurocomplexity affirming family‑centered care. Every new clinician at OT Works is trained in our evidence‑based, sensory‑integration‑informed approach to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

If you're interested in working with us, complete the form. We'll review your message and get back to you within 48 hours.
